Return Policy
Thanks for shopping with MentalBlkMom, Inc.! We want you to love your order, but since we use a print-on-demand service (Printful) to create your custom items, our policy is a bit different from a traditional retail store.
1. Damaged or Misprinted Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ve got you back!
Timeframe: You must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product.
Process: Please email support@mentalblkmom.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Resolution: Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you (or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible).
2. Packages Lost in Transit
If your tracking information shows that your order hasn't moved or has gone missing:
Timeframe: All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Next Steps: Before contacting us, please check with your local post office and neighbors. If the package is still missing and the shipping address was correct, reach out to us at support@mentalblkmom.com.
3. Buyer’s Remorse & Exchanges
Because every item is custom-printed just for you at the time of purchase, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
Buyer’s Remorse: Simply changing your mind.
Wrong Size: We highly recommend checking the Size Guide on each product page before ordering.
Wrong Color: Ordering the incorrect color variant.
Note: If you choose to accept a return for one of these reasons, you (the customer) will be responsible for the cost of a new order and shipping.
4. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
Unclaimed: If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to the facility, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Return Address
Please contact us first before returning any items. By default, returns are sent to the Printful facility where your order was fulfilled. Do not send items to our corporate billing address.
